Terms

The small print, kept small.

Using Azimuth means agreeing to what is on this page. It is written to be read, not skimmed past.

The free tools

The decks, the converter and everything else that runs in your browser are free to use, for practice, performance or anything lawful. They are provided as-is, with no warranty: browsers differ, hardware differs, and we cannot promise the software is fit for any particular purpose or free of defects.

You are responsible for the audio you load. Only mix and render material you have the right to use.

Paid plans

Pro and Creator are subscriptions billed through Stripe, monthly or yearly, with VAT handled at checkout. You can cancel at any time and keep access until the end of the period you paid for. A licence is personal and not transferable.

If we ever discontinue a paid feature you rely on, we will say so ahead of time and you can cancel before your next renewal. Statutory rights under UK consumer law are not affected by anything here.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, Azimuth is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the software. Nothing excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Changes

If these terms change in a way that matters, the date above changes and material changes to paid plans will be flagged before they apply. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
